Privacy notice for the waitlist
What we collect
Your email address, how you found us (the website that linked to us and any campaign tags in the link), the country your visit came from as reported by Cloudflare (never a precise location), and a salted hash of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse. We never store your raw IP address.
Why
To send you a welcome email and early-access emails about Hands AI, and to plan which countries to launch first. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.
Analytics
We use PostHog in cookieless mode to count visits and sign-ups. No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device; each visit gets a random identifier that disappears when you leave the page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't load PostHog at all. Our waitlist server also reports sign-ups, welcome emails sent, and unsubscribes to PostHog with your country and how you found us, linked to that random visit identifier (which we keep with your sign-up) or a random sign-up ID, never to your email or IP address.
Who processes your data
Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (the waitlist server, its database, and bot protection), Resend (email delivery), and PostHog (analytics). Each acts under a data-processing agreement.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your data entirely, email hello@hands-ai.com from the address you signed up with.
